Lisa LeRose is a natural health advocate, wellness practitioner, educator, counselor, talk show host, and eternal optimist, she believes that good health is our body’s natural state and that if you give your body the right environment and support . . . it can heal itself. Holding this belief, she provides compassionate support to those seeking balance.
She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and received her nutritional training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a certified member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Lisa has had the pleasure to study and connect with some of the most progressive minds in the holistic healing community. She is a Matrix Energetics, Level 4 practitioner. She has been trained in medical intuition by John White, trained in Lomi Lomi with Kahuna Harry Jim, studied energy medicine with Donna Eden, as well as Soul, Mind, Body Medicine with Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha.
Lisa is a practitioner of aromatherapy, Rain Drop Technique, Vita Flex Therapy and emotional healing with essential oils. She has been blessed to be able to study first-hand with Gary Young and Dr. David Hill.
Along with the many modalities she has studied, Lisa completed Level I/II Reconnective Healing with Dr. Eric Pearl. She works with both humans and animals to facilitate healing through the Reconnection.
For several years, Lisa and Glenn Brooks co-hosted the One Wisdom radio show on KRXA 540.
Lisa offers private counseling and conducts workshops that provide information on topics including food as medicine, essential oils, acid/alkaline balance for optimum health, and detoxification. She works with clients to develop integrated lifestyle and treatment plans for whole body health and longevity.
Lisa is a constant student of the Universe. Lisa is currently working on a book in order to share, with an open heart, what she has learned.
