Kim Howie

Kim Howie is a wife, mother, author, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Health Coach. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has furthered her education by gaining additional training in the identification and mitigation of hormonal imbalances, coursework headed by Dr. Sara Gottfried, Harvard educated Gynecologist and author of “The Hormone Cure.” In addition, she is a certified graduate of the Corporate Wellness Academy, run by Well.Org.

Kim enjoys helping clients discover how to nourish their bodies, feed their souls, and find their balance and happiness by implementing a holistically healthy lifestyle. Her foundational approach focuses heavily on building awareness around the physical and emotional effects of food, as well as awareness of the mind/body connections. Her passion lies in helping people realize the intense connection between what they eat and how they feel. Kim empowers clients to regain control of their own health and happiness by capitalizing on the power of their thoughts and lifestyle decisions.

In her book, The Simple Recipe For A Healthy, Balanced Life, Kim reveals the 7 ingredients necessary to maintain balance and live a healthy life. The back-to-basics, simple recipe provided in the book is designed to help people take control of their health and ultimately of their life.

Kim’s business, Live Balanced For Life, is located in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. She offers one-on-one private coaching as well as group and on-line programs. Kim offers seasonal whole foods cleanses, corporate coaching, and wellness talks on various health-related topics. She also owns and operates the Live Balanced For Life Energy Center which provides Reiki and massage treatments to provide clients with stress reduction and self-care.
